I signed up with Lexington Law with my spouse. We were quoted one rate to sign up as a couple.

We signed up and were then billed as two separate individuals. When I called about the billing issue I was told that "The Enrollment Department Does That".

?????? Really, this is how you do business......I received to refund or credit for this. I had ok credit to begin with but wanted to buy a home so we enrolled.

I was with the firm for several months, and my score changed 3 pts. For even one item to be removed it took weeks.

They move very slow to correct your credit issues. You pay to basically for little to no progress..

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $500.

I didn't like: Given the run around multiple times, Poor customer service, Not up front about charges.
