Same Thing as everyone else!! Unauthorized Debits!

I guess I didn't do enough homework and research, like everyone else here it is 4 months after cancelling service and Lexington Law is still ripping me off and taking money after my account was cancelled! BEWARE they do little to nothing and will charge you what appears to be indefinitely despite cancelling your account! Complete fraudulent activity! I try to get through to someone with no avail! I think they try to make debits everyday sometimes several times a day. I have random amounts being withdrew!!!! Why hasn't anyone filed a class action suit against these people?!! Surely there are thousands more being taken advantage of by this deceitful company!

Cancelled Service Charges Review

I called on 6/28/14 to cancel services with Lexington Law...The firm continued to deduct $99.95 from my bank ACCT for July & August....I live on a fixed income and can not afford this service..that is $99.95 l could have paid toward my debts. I mean for the deduction to be stopped from my checking acct...I expect to see the July & August puts refunded to my bank...

I was charged when told it was a free consult

I had called just to find out a little information about the service and immediately the lawyer I was speaking to asked me for a credit card number that I would only be charged 12..99 for the copies of my credit report for which I didn't even receive when I called them back and asked them if they called resent it to me the automated service was thanking me for becoming a member and that they would be taking out 99.95 out of my credit card on the 5 th of September I was so upset and confused I immediately phoned back and cancelled

You were not speaking with an attorney or paralegal. They are salespeople.

Just simple, straight salespeople. Had you done web research beforehand, you wouldn't have given them the time of day.

Guest

The same thing happen to me and the representative (paralegal) would not get off the phone. She tried to persuade me to stay with Lexington.

I think its a rip off!! I say just get to the point and tell people that I'm charging you 1,000 to repair your credit. Tell them that you have an option to pay monthly, and by then your repair will be complete. Or, if you pay the one time fee we will have your report done within 45 days because the reporters have only 30 days to respond to the disputes.

There!! this is as bland and as honest you can get when there is no HIDDEN AGENDA!!!

The representative Mary told me that there were no hidden agendas but the hidden agenda is...

Telling someone that your 3 credit reports will be available to you in 15 mins, then you receive only 1 TransUnion report which always give you the highest credit score..then they say Experian need further information and you can't view it online..and no word on the third credit report. So, I just paid 12.99 and did not get the benefits I were seeking.

I could've obtain all credit reports for FREE if I was not lead into believing that I had to pay only 99.95 for the entire repair and not 99.95 a month.

DISAPPOINTED smh... I don't deny that Lexington can't get the job done, but I'm no longer interested because of how 3 agents set me up for payment.

They are inept. Kids work the phones. Drag your case out for as long as they can.

What's worse than getting kicked in the nuts? That's right! Paying someone to kick you in the nuts. That's what you get with this clowns. They don't do what they say, they drag the case out for months, and they get offended if you try to call and talk to them about it. Chalk this up to kicking myself in the nuts. Should have read the reviews here before using them. Beware. Not just because it is a Utah company, but because you are paying them to kick you in the nuts. Do your own credit repair and save money and nuts.

Canceled at no obligation, Haha what a joke!

These people are a joke. Canceled service and they say they charge at the end of the month and I canceled after they did almost a whole month of work, ***!!!!! Over five or 6 months they had 1 thing removed from my credit and wanted an updated credit report. I cancelled and the lady said we can give you regular service at a cheaper price, I declined so I got charged the $99.99 fee three days after I canceled. Do not use them, you can do everything they do if you take the time. They do not help you much if at all.

Same here! I was with them for 6 months as well!

They did not clarify when I 1st signed up that there was initial charge of 99.95 then you would be charged again at the end of the month. So 200 the 1st month? Probably would have said no if I would have known that. Then when I go to cancel they said that they can't charge up front so all the work they do would be charged at end of the month 99.95.

What work?! What sitting on BUTT waiting for letters to come back that you halfed *** the 1st month of *** service. They also offered me a discount of 59.95 so I wouldn't cancel. I hate those kind of companies that do that!

Gove me the discount right off the back you money Hungary clowns!

And they don't tell you about any updates or when there charging your card. "No receipt" just really fishy waste of time!

Deducted money from account even after closing account

Be aware of this horrible lexington law firm. When you call them, they will really impress you to loot your money. They have placed some really impressive talking professional during your first calls. Later on, they keep looting your money but they work for nothing. Its just useless and they are highway robberers. They have deducted 99.99 for 6 months and even after closing the account, they billed later. When you call them, they say, then cannot refund it. Such a useless people. So really be careful. I dont know , how they named it as law firm, but its biggest thugs company.

Lexington law did me and my family great!got the job done, credit score came up wxceedingly. Thanks lex.law.

Guest

Lexington law has removed 5 items from transunion report but my transunion score went down 3 points. I have not made any late payments to my credit card and I am not over the limits.

Just strange how my score went down when so many items have been removed.

Guest

I'd like to take a moment to corroborate what the former party has experienced. I too spent numerous dollars only to have four nebulous items removed from my credit report and my credit score go down.

Concerned I called their "paralegals" who were idiots, schooled only in making excuses after waiting 30 minutes to get them on the phone. I then insisted on speaking to their managers who continued with a litany of excuses.

I might suggest that those who made fun of the dissenting party's grammar were more apt to be employees of Lexington Law then the competition as suggested.

Guest

Lexington Law is great...they have been in business for 22 years+

and have removed many millions of negative items successfully

. You have been misinformed

and must be a competitor.

You must be an employee. Lol.

They forge my name on a letter that was sent back to me because they send it to the wrong address. I didn't know that we agreed for the Lexington law firm illegal forge their client's name. It was not e-sign or computer printed.

It was somebody signing my name. I wish I could put a copy on this site.

Fleta Qnz

What's useless is your poor excuse for grammar. How do you expect anyone to take your complaint seriously with grammar this poor?

I felt roped into buying their products before I could see what was being offered. And then after all that, I was not approved for the amount I needed.

Am I missing something here? When I called to cancel their services, there was this condescending representative who just told me to call back if I ever wanted a house or a new car. lol. I have both.

so....

I don't have a sparking credit history, but its not that bad. Save yourself some trouble, just go to the bank.

Guest

This guy couldn't be more wrong. I don't work for Lexington law, I am a SATISFIED client for year now and have had many removals of negative items and my credit score has increased by 80 points.

They're also available to speak to and each an everyone I've dealt with has been incredible.

This guy is a complaining baby.

Guest

I have have nothing but positive experiences with Lexington law firm so far. I have only been with them for about a week now and already five items removed from my credit.

Also, the couple times I have talked to someone they were really professional, courteous , cheerful and willing to assist me well above what I was expecting. Of course some people out here just can't be pleased. Maybe that attitude is you needed their help in the first place. $99.95 is well worth it as I couldn't have done this without them especially in such a small time frame.

I would have been out so much money and with nothing but headaches if it wasn't for Lexington law. Of course they should advise you to call them and cancel your account instead of email dummy.

It's way too much fraud and cloning going on these days. What's wrong with taking a couple minutes out your day to cancel and you probably wanted to cancel for a no good reason and expected miracles.

Lexington law is not a scam. They do what they claim.

They remove items on reports. Everyone's situation is different.

Some have more removals than others.

Schneider Xgv

how do you know it is scam? You never used the services, so how can you tell?
