Lexington LIES and STEALS your Money
I cancelled my subscription in early July 2017 after 3 plus months of the service. I was told that I would still be billed in July because work is billed after services are provided.
That is half true as I signed up for service on May 24 and was billed on the 11th/12 of each month. Regardless I was billed for myself and my wife in July as expected, but they would not allow me to cancel for my wife, who I signed up without her being present on a lower cost plan due to her only having a few issues to deal with. They continued to bill my credit card in August. I wrote an email letting them know they were not allowed to debit my account any more and that I cancelled in July.
No response. I then kept my card close to the limit in September and they tried to debit again and were not allowed due to my credit card would not accept their charge in September. I then paid the credit card down, and they not only debited funds but another 19.95 for not allowing the debit to clear. Then they agreed to not debit my card any more, but started debiting my joint credit card for my wife's credit repair, at the full rate of 119.95, not even the original agreement of 59.95.
She finally got them to agree to cancel her in September, but they kept on charging. I then got on the phone with my wife and Lexington customer service rep in October after they again charged our joint credit account, and we were told that a supervisor was not available but that she would get her supervisor to agree to a refund of the over charges. The supervisor was to call us by Monday Nov. 6 to confirm credits due to us.
No call occurred. I just looked at my personal card on the 11th of this month and see they again just charged it again, $119.95. To make matters worse they told me my Trans Union credit score went up to 651 from around 600 when it started. I just checked my FICO with a mortgage lender as I am trying to refi my home and it is only 615.
They LIE and STEAL. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!
